Journey to the Pull Up
A pull up is the ability to use your own strength to "pull " your body weight as close as possible to a bar. Ideally, the head should be above the bar while getting the full range of motion of the shoulder complex. Here, we use gymnastic rings as a tool used to develop a pull-up.
