
As a child, I was overweight and obese. I lacked the information and motivation to make healthier choices . After witnessing family members battle their own health related issues, I knew I had to make a change. I was ready to embark on a new path.
From there, I’ve been in the fitness and food industries for over ten years. I have a Masters in Science of Nutrition from the City University of New York Lehman College. My certifications include: Sports Nutrition Specialist and Personal Training through the National Council of Strength and Fitness; Food Handlers License through the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; Integrated Stretching Specialty through Annette Lang's education systems; and Pain Free Performance Specialist Certification through Dr. John Rusin.
I hope to help you be the best version of yourself utilizing the tools of nutrition, fitness, and the culinary arts. The concept is to arm you with evidence-based data to make the best-informed decisions within the parameters of your life, providing you with the highest quality.
